The corporation is a well-established international machine tool company. The corporation is an entity
of a European O-Line machining company. We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to be
responsible for the Southeast part of the East Coast, and part of the Southwest. It is important the
successful candidate have meaningful experience in the Machining Industry, and preferably some
experience in the Machine Grinding business
A successful candidate will report to the head of US Sales, and be responsible for all sales functions in
the company’s southeast region. The new Sales Manager will have significant experience in identifying
and pursuing new customers in this region of the US. We are looking for a self-starter who is capable of
developing a regional sales strategy, as well as budgeting and marketing for the entire region.
Experience and Background:
The successful candidate will have a high energy level, be bright, and be capable of interfacing with
every level of management in current and prospective customer organizations.
It is most important the candidate have in-depth experience in both Machining as well as some
experience in the Grinding industry.
On the personal side, a candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess a very
knowledgeable image, and be capable of effectively representing the company in the southeast region.
Additionally, the successful candidate must possess business acumen and have a “closer” mentality.
