A strong candidate will be incredibly passionate about digital and be innovative and highly-collaborative.  In this extremely fast moving environment, it’s critical that this leader have a high degree of energy, flexibility and positivity.


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and document objectives and related KPIs
  • Map the customers’digital journey leveraging research and insights
    • Provide insights on how customers move through the digitalchannel and what content is valuable to them in that journey
    • Define how digital plays into the customer’s full online/offline journey
  • Develop “closed-loop” plans (i.e. execute, measure & refine) that marry business goals with customer needs—optimizing for conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise between marketing teams/GBU, insights teams, analytics, UX/brand; bridging silos to put the customer first
  • Collaborate with Insights and UX teams to apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, improving understanding of our audience, their digital journey, etc.
  • Incorporate trends and insights into strategic plans and share best practices with the broader team
  • Enable a data driven approach
    • Possess experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe SiteCatalyst or Google Analytics
    • Present and distribute metrics dashboards and reports
    • Ensure data is presented in a way that tells a clear, actionable story
  • Stay on top of emerging digital, social and content trends to order to optimize HP’s online experience


  • 8-10 years of work experience with 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Possess a deep understanding and passion for online marketing strategy & user experience design
  • Demonstrated success in program managing cross-organizational and cross-agency teams
  • Highly-motivated individual,  known for strategic, innovative thinking
  • Ability to analyze performance and identify strong insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines and sectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to  structure, manage and coordinate against multiple work streams
  • Global experience and perspective preferred
