What will you do?

- Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities

-Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates

- Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties

-Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project anddelivery methodology

 -Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities

-Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review

-Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders

 What do you need to succeed?


-Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

-7+ years’ experience as a business systems analyst

-Experience in Passive Share Class NAV Currency Hedging, -Currency Hedging Related Performance Analytics/Reporting

-Knowledge in Fund Accounting and Trading Limits

-Experience in FX Spot / Forward Market and Fixing Rates, crossing over USD


-Expert knowledge of cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment and quantification methodologies
