Personal / Team Development

Client Management
• 100% retention of named and strategic accounts
• Develops strong client relations and helps staff develop effective client relationships; maintains client confidence
• Responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned engagement
• Responsible for client and project management based on an established plan
• Oversees the fiscal activities of their team and plan and develops systems and procedures to improve and ensure that their team is reaching and exceeding client goals and expectations.
• Strive to achieve negative unbilled balance and actively collect A/R as required by contract or in conjunctions with Operations
• Knowledgeable about critical success factors for the client and clients’ industry

Business Development
• Responsible for handling a single account or part of a large account
• Leads sales efforts
• Identifies new business opportunities and writes proposals
• Identifies follow-on work in every client engagement
• Ability to positively represent the company to different clients
• Conducts research, as well as competitor analysis

Other duties as assigned

Supervision: Provide supervision through leadership, performance management, motivation, mentoring, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks.
Requirements Requirements:
1. A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated senior level professional experience in the Defense acquisition process, program management, technical, or business management.
2. Three (3) years of the experience in the previous five (5) years must have been in support of DoD program management.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of DoD program management, technical, or business management.
4. Demonstrated understanding of DoD program analysis support and has knowledge of DoD systems acquisitions in the technical or program area specified in task order.
5. Bachelor degree in Management or related field required, or five (5) of the above 10 years demonstrates in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in DoD Program Management.
6. Professional certification (Project Management Professional - PMP or equivalent) in areas of contract management, program or business management.
7. Active DoD SECRET clearance

Desired experience:
1. Working experience with Strategic and Theater Sealift Ships and systems.
2. Working experience with US Navy concept studies, preliminary design and technology Development including research, development, transitioning, and integration efforts for Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF), Strategic Sealift, and Naval Operational Logistics (OPLOG) Integration.
3. Previous experience as an industry Program / Project Manager for a USG Government contract.
4. Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams
5. Demonstrated experience working with U.S. Government (USG) military/government officials (e.g., Program Managers, GS-14/15 civilians, O-5/O-6 field grade officers)
6. Demonstrated experience managing finances across multiple funding types
7. Demonstrated experience producing Executive Summaries, financial reporting and analysis, and briefing packages to facilitate leadership decision-making
8. Demonstrated experience analyzing financial problems, developing alternative courses of action and providing recommendations to resolve
