We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to be part of Autodesk’s Media, Entertainment and Impact team. More specifically, you will be partnering with Brand & Communication, Education and Sustainability and Foundation and drive cross team HR programs. This position reports to Director of HR for MEI.

You’re a strategic advisor. You understand the complex challenges Senior Leaders face in a dynamic, changing business environment. As such, you’re prepared to counsel on everything from strategic organizational design, workforce planning, to inspiration of teams during times of transition and change.

You have the toolset to analyze a situation, pull and study any associated information and data, and derive the root cause of any challenges faced. With that data you’re ready to synthesize what you’ve learned and transform that learning into recommended solutions you’ll share with your management team and/or related stakeholders.
You’re a talent management guru. You’re ready to advice and counsel managers on how to identify and attract key talent, develop succession plans, utilize recognition and rewards to incentivize behavior, and help managers drive performance improvement and career growth within their teams.
You’re not afraid of numbers. You enjoy analyzing and managing compensation programs from large too small. Annual Focal and equity planning are part of your normal routine, as are targeted recognition and rewards and spot compensation reviews. You take pride in ensuring these programs meet the needs of Leadership as well asthe employees.
You enjoy rolling up your sleeves. You understand the importance of performing administrative tasks well and can toggle between big picture strategic work and day to day “to dos” with ease. Your goal is to add value regardless of the size of the project.
