ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently manage projects from planning through post implementation evaluation that are geared towards improving service request adjudication and mitigating fraudulent claims.
  • Act as a Program Management Process Improvement specialist to other Asurion departments and serve as Program Management representative on cross functional project / initiative teams for a major Asurion client
  • Partner with Customer Solutions, Supply Chain, IT and Client Services to gain support, resources and champions for initiatives aimed at reducing risk and claimant abuse
  • Understand financial analysis and models showing impact of initiatives
  • Objectively evaluate systems and processes to develop recommendations for change with a focus on claims costs and reducing abusive claims

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Insurance, Operations, Project Management, or Risk Management
  • Software business requirements experience
  • Process design skills and experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MSSharePoint, MS Project, etc.)
