Responsibilities

As a Property Manager with Hines, you will assist the General Manager in establishing, directing and coordinating all activities to maximize profits, strengthen property associations, and center’s marketing position to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Coordinate activities of all departments to effect operational efficiency and economy
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of owner associations, parking deck and retail town center
  • Develop line item Budget Expense Schedules, along with corresponding Expense Analyses
  • Read, analyze, and interpret common association and professional journals, financialreports, and legal documents
  • Responsible for AR and assessment collections for associations and retail town center
  • Conduct daily property inspections and communicate shortfalls to responsible parties

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited institution
  • Three to five years of related retail management experience
  • P&L responsibility and budgetary experience
