Oversees and integrates change with functional area, helping to realize the benefits of strategy while promoting operational stability. Provides leadership and operational direction and oversight for various program management and change functions. Acts as an internal consultant to solve complex business problems. Communicates with key stakeholders across the enterprise to plan, execute and ensure effective delivery of bank’s strategic initiatives. Utilizes executive level business acumen and decision making abilities and provides effective hands-on management and leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Provides strategic leadership and management of direct and matrixed leaders responsible for the integrated program plan created to deliver the strategic vision.
Leads a team of Program Managers and Change Management Advisors focusing on key initiatives in functional area and serves as an integration point to support complex area-specific or Enterprise-wide initiatives.
Ensures proper change management is in place along with measures for success.
Participates and leads components of on-going operational planning, and may collaborate with other senior leadership or line of business stakeholders across business units.
Ensures the functional area’s participation in the communities for governed Enterprise positions such as Change Management Advisors.
Maintains current awareness of developments, trends and legal and regulatory changes in the Financial Services industry.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. 
10 or more years of experience in program management leadership, process improvement, IT, engineering, banking operations or consulting for large strategic efforts.
4 or more years of experience leading across complex organizational lines in a matrix structure. 
Executive-level understanding and experience with strategic-level change management. 
Executive level experience delivering member or customer facing capabilities in a complex multi-channel, multi-product, integrated system environment.
Expert understanding of project management principles.
Expert in the full life cycle experience managing strategic and operational programs. 

5+ years of direct people management experience
Financial Services/Banking or Consulting experience
Agile Management and Delivery experience in a large organization
5+ years of experience leading complex change events across a broad organization
Change Management Discipline credentials/certifications
