Call Center Senior Director
Well established Global & Thriving industry leader has an immediate opening for an experienced and proven CALL CENTER SENIOR DIRECTOR to be located in Orlando, FL. The Senior Director will be responsible for the enhancement of the Inside Sales/Marketing Operations programs and processes with experience in vacation ownerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improved sales and marketing strategy, including the development of campaign, product and pricing initiatives. Must have the ability to evaluate and improve marketing operations processes and strategies to help realize higher yields and lower costs; optimize program launch planning and program setup to ensure focus on cost efficiencies for the entire sales process; coordinate production forecast and processes with distribution centers to ensure correct fulfillment capacity and implement corporate initiatives across the direct marketing organization. Will also have experience in the training & development of employees as well as call center technology & telephony exposure from a user standpoint.
Will have at least 10+ years of Call Center Management experience within an Inside Sales & Marketing environment with a focus on vacation ownership/time share within the Hotel & Hospitality industry. Must be a strategic, analytical, tactical and critical thinker; will have successful and proven experience in Inside Sales & Direct Marketing; must have strong experience with vacation ownership/time share packages; have the ability to build relationships and work in a team environment; and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills. COMPENSATION: $100K - $110K Base Plus Bonus Potential & Some Relo Assistance on a Case by Case Basis
