The role: Inside Sales Representative

As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting thesales team and acting as the subject matter expert for process documentation for hardware purchasing, receiving, billing and system entry. You will work with Account Managers, vendors and customers to maintain ongoing business in the IT infrastructure products arenas through direct salessupport to ensure effective delivery of communication and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support outbound and inbound accounts
  • Assist the Sales Executives with acquiring, servicing, and retaining high quality customers
  • Responsible for tracking shipments and backorders, processing of invoices
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of dashboards andreports
    • Weekly order status reports toSales and Project Management Team
    • Quarterly reports to manufactures
    • Financial dashboards
  • Coordinate any required CRM customization/updates
  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly reports to manufacturers
  • Record accurate and complete information in CRM

  • Prepare quotes and make adjustments as appropriate
  • Organize/prioritize quote requests as they are received
  • Work withSales Executives and Senior Staff on hardware RFQ pricing and responses
  • Create and manage entries into the internal CRM system for product sales opportunities
  • Create and manage quoting documentation in the internal CRM system and company networkshared drives
  • Receive customer HW PO’s, review for accuracy, gather any missing information and organize all ordering information
  • Work with post sales to coordinate accurate, timely and successful procurement of the orders from distributors and vendors to ensure delivery to the end users
  • Confirm accuracy of all PO’s and quotes and submit to post sales for ordering
  • Maintain positive working relationships with manufacturers and vendors
  • Support customers when needed, providing order status and tracking information upon request

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field and two years’ experience
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Knowledge of IT product lines i.e. Cisco, HP, EMC highly preferred
