 LT Proactive Care is a uniquely different model of care with a proactive, integrated approach that helps optimize our patients’ health, fitness and performance. We utilize a collaborative team approach to care that helps our patients address orthopedic concerns and live their best lives possible through the use rehabilitation techniques, adjustments, and non-invasive deep tissue therapy. At LT Proactive Care, chiropractors collaborate with physical therapists to provide integrated patient care and treat not only pain but the root cause of conditions, rather than just the symptoms. The team of chiropractor and physical therapist work together to deliver a comprehensive plan and ongoing care specifically designed for the patient.   LT Proactive Care seeks a motivated, entrepreneurial, licensed Doctor of Chiropractic to play a critical role in the launch of the clinic within Life Time.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Builds a patient-focused practice that restores, maintains, and optimizes a patients performance using a collaborative approach
  • Works closely with a physical therapist to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
  • Assists in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients
  • Maintains confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations
  • Completes all charts in a timely and complete manner
  • Takes responsibility for comprehensive and accurate coding of each patient encounter  
  • Represents the clinic in the local and broader community, participating in educational and other medically oriented programs for the public, physicians, and patients
  • Demonstrates initiative and creativity, decision-making abilities, and work flexibility
  • Follows organizational policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Provides mentoring and/or coaching to staff as needed
  • Fulfills all requirements as detailed in the Employment Agreement



  • 2+ years of experience in chiropractic care
  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree
  • Successful completion of State Board Examination
  • State license required
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse team members and patients
  • Superior communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to function in a rapidly changing environment


  • License to practice in state of TX
  • Practice experience in functional and/or integrative medicine
  • Experience working in a team environment
