The Systems Analyst Sr / Advisor is responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects and Production Support.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects.

  • Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Creates feature test strategies and environment needs.
  • Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
  • Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements.
  • Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements.
  • Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.

Advisor level also:

  • Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels toensure business area satisfaction.
  • In depth knowledge of tools utilized.
  • Defines detail design components with high level architectureblueprints.
  • Coordinates integration activities to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensures effective monitoring of systems.
  • Defines development strategy, standards and support tools.
  • Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field;
  • 3 or more years (Advisor level 8+) related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Certifications preferred.
  • Experience as a Technical Owner / Project Manager
