The incumbent will supervise and assist with the ongoing updates, maintenance and on-going support of the Workday global Human Resource Information System and Helpdesk Support function. The position will provide overall supervision for day-to-day Helpdesk Support but will also be expected to provide hands on support in various areas of the Workday system including but not limited to Configurations, Security Administration, Audits, System Improvements, Updates, Reporting, etc. Position will be expected to manage projects and lead the implementation of new Helpdesk support processes along with Workday System Updates. The incumbent will be expected to provide technical and functional end-user support for Human Resource users.
Manage and assist with the ongoing day-to-day global support of the Workday system (Help Desk system and allocation of tickets) and Help Desk Support function
Create, implement and maintain Service Level Agreements along with robust processes to provide global Help Desk Support for Human Resource professionals.
Manage and support the Workday system upgrades twice a year
Provide ongoing support for Workday setup including, but not limited to, maintaining job codes, cost centers, transactions, supervisory organizations, etc.
Administer security for Workday
Run, write and distribute basic Workdayreports
Perform data audits to ensure the integrity of data within the Workday system
Work with internal and external auditors
Perform system configurations and work with end-users globally
Functional contact and support for Human Resource users
Assists in the support of testing, data conversion, and implementation of potential new functionality along with Payroll and Time and Attendance systems and interfaces.
Trains departmental and organizational staff on systems.
Oversee the development and maintenance of user manuals, training materials, operational procedures, translations, etc.
Maintains current knowledge of the HRIS marketplace and system capabilities
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology related field
Eight plus years related experience in Human Resource Information Systems
Two plus years of supervisory experiencepreferred
Two plus years of prior experience supervising HRIS Help Desk Support preferred
WorkdayHR System experiencepreferred
Two plus years of project management preferred
Demonstrated coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
Position requires a strong team player.
