St. Luke’s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Operations Improvement team in Physician Services. As a Project Manager, you will have a significant, direct impact on the growth and success of the organization. This role tackles complex business problems, provides recommendations for solutions, and takes action to make those solutions come to life for St. Luke’s Health System. You won’t just manage a project, you will get to help set the direction and lead it from start to finish. As part of Physician Services, you will gain experience working across multiple areas – influencing and consulting with senior management, cross-functional departments, and our clinical teams (doctors, nurses, etc.). You will get to wake up every morning thinking about how to make patient lives better through technology, process, analytics, and a multitude of other leading edge concepts. Bachelor’s degree. An additional four years of relevant experience (or combination of education and experience) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably direct experience working with project methodologies
A minimum of one year of experience with dotted line or direct reporting and accountability to a Project Management Office (PMO) or equivalent function.
CAPM or similar credential or Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred.
Master Level Degree preferred (MBA, MHA).
Demonstrated ability to identify, pull, and analyze data using SQL System methodologies.
Experience in multiple projects to work with and influence senior management
