About the Role:
Here is your chance to work with a highly engaged team of banking CRM experts to help Fiserv clients grow their business through effective deployment of CRM technology. EnAct™, Fiserv’s market-leading banking CRM solution, leverages Microsoft’s highly acclaimed Dynamics platform to meet the specialized sales and service requirements of retail and commercial banking. This innovative Fiserv solution enables financial institutions to deliver superior customer experience and consistently execute their sales and customer relationship strategies.
As an EnAct Senior Consultant, you will lead large scale professional services engagements with key clients to implement, tailor and integrate the EnAct solution across their sales and service operations. With support from EnAct technical experts, you will be the primary point of engagement with client stakeholders including senior executives, line of business representatives, and IT and Project Management resources. You’ll apply expert knowledge of the EnAct solution and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform while advising clients about CRM best practices in retail and commercial banking. You will bring to bear your skills in project management, requirements analysis, data mapping, process design, communication and negotiation to help Fiserv EnAct clients align their people, process and technology to their strategy and to get the most out of their CRM technologyinvestment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
•Manage large and complex engagements (implementations, upgrades, data migrations, and system integrations, and more) from program initiation to go-live
•Collaborate with customer, internal and external teams to define program deployment strategy that aligns with customer business objectives
•Provide thought leadership and share EnAct best practice recommendations to ensure program success
•Facilitate discovery sessions with clients to understand business requirements
•Document business and functional requirements
•Perform analysis and data mapping to support import processes for client data feeds
•Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM and EnAct solution to meet client requirements
•Coordinate with technical team to deliver client-specific configurations and solution updates
•Provide client support during an implementation, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues
•Provide training to power users and/or end user trainers in the EnAct application
•Overall responsibility for managing and communicating project scope, timeline and budget

•7+ years of experience working with the Dynamics CRM platform
•7+ years of experience with a focus on large systems implementation and deployments
•7+years of experience working with reporting packages or data transformation tools
•Solid understanding of data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
•Technology and Business consulting experience (financial services industry preferred)
•Significant experience with data and systems integration across multiple systems
•Proficiency with Microsoft tools/products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Project, SharePoint
•Bachelor’s degree in business systems or related field or comparable business experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
•Certifications in Dynamics CRM (preferred) or related technologies
•PMP Certification (preferred)
•Available to travel up to 30% and occasional work after normal business hours and weekends
