Director of Human Resources - $140-150K + Bonus – Consumer Durable Products Manufacturing – Focus will be in the areas of Professional and Technical Talent Acquisition experience at the Salaried Employment level, i.e., Engineers, Managers, Directors, etc; Talent Development background and experience; High Level Executive Business Unit experience that has involved interface with top level management throughout an organization.
Other duties: Organizational Development, Career Tracking, Succession Planning, Compensation Planning, EEOC and strategic forecasting. Providing leadership and proactive solutions for people and organizational issues; Lead the management of the labor relations processes; Compliance with regulatory requirements; Business ally and strategy architect; Operational executor; Change Champion; Talent manager and organizational designer. Position reports to the V/P at Corporate Headquarters.
Bachelors required; Master’s degree is desired; professional certification a plus; 7-10 years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment that includes a large workforce; KEY JOB SPEC: Candidate must have outstanding business acumen and moxie in regards to ability to handle him or herself from a local level to the Board Room environment. Demonstrated success establishing goals and objectives; Strong knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process related to workforce; Proven success leading complex change management.
