Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical and ITS task force meetings for large civil infrastructure projects
  • Manage designers and subcontractors to minimal compliance to project RFP’s, specifications, or technical proposals
  • Develop cost saving initiatives where possible
  • Develop design directives with appropriate cost and schedule justification
  • Oversee material take-offs at specific design intervals and evaluate against original cost estimates
  • Participate in owner or owner representative coordination meetings
  • Oversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems
  • Maintain relationships with clients, internal team and consultants
  • Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others.
  • Frequent travel to client sites outside of region.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• 10 +years of industry experience
