Occupational Health Medical Director
The Occupational Health Medical Director will provide medical direction for Marshfield Clinic’s Occupational Health services and activities throughout the Marshfield Clinic Health System. The Medical Director will be responsible for the quality of the medical care, financial performance and growth of Occupational Health.
The Occupation Health Medical Director fully participates in and promotes the Mission, Vision and Values of Marshfield Clinic Health System.
Two years’ practice experiencerequired.
Board eligible/board certified in Occupational Medicine.
Demonstrated competency in: all aspects of Occupational Medicine; leadership of clinical care operations; educating others regarding occupational health and care of ill/injured workers; collaboration with colleagues at all levels
Strong interpersonal skills
Facile with telemedicine technology
