Seeking a Director, Talent & Organizational Development to manage overall organization talent development strategy and implementation, supporting the broad needs of the business. 




*** Design and execute key program elements of organizational development process. 


*** Evaluate strategies and programs to measure effectiveness of established goals. 


*** Collect, analyze, and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development and succession planning. 


*** Develop clear linkage of learning concepts to business outcomes and achieve tangible return on investment for the business leaders. 


*** Lead organization employee engagement and retention initiatives to increase organizational and individual performance. 


*** Monitor strategic alignment of human resources planning process, and ensure organizational structure supports employee development. 


*** Oversee and develop organization-wide diversity and inclusion strategies and measurements. 


***Partner withHR and talent leads across business operations to align on priorities, approaches, processes, and tools.
