This position supports the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology's Director for Integration providing oversight of technical and programmatic analyses and recommendations for executing Vulnerability Analysis and Systems Red Teaming.
Position serves as ODASA(R&T) central point of contact for Technology Vulnerability Assessments and Systems Red Teaming on behalf of government lead within the office; provide policy, program direction, budget priorities, accountability, and oversight for assigned efforts; keep ODASA(R&T) leadership apprised of effort progress and potential issues; represent assigned efforts within the Pentagon as appropriate; coordinate efforts with and across the Army S&T portfolios; manage proposal nomination and selection process; track and provide oversight of ongoing effort; recommend resolutions/prioritization in the event of conflicting requirements and/or resource constraints; prepare briefings, information papers, executive summaries, weekly activity reports and associated information products as necessary; prepare and maintain budgetary documentation for assigned efforts.
Candidate must possess a M.S. in an engineering or hard science field and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience or have equivalent experience.
Top Secret Clearance is required.
Experience in military S&T arena is a definite plus, DAWIA Level III certified. Proficient in the use of MS Office capabilities, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Travel less than 10%.
U.S. Citizenship and a current Final Top Secret/SSBI Clearance is required with the ability to meet applicable program security eligibility requirements for the position. Must be able to maintain a Final Top Secret Clearance along with meeting and maintaining program security eligibility.
