Key responsibilities include:


  • Collaborate with process owners to model business processes and data flows
  • Design and optimize business processes and data flows to support the business transformation
  • Support the implementation of new functions with process and organizational design
  • Develop and support implementation plans
  • Support and execute communication plans to ensure clarity and understanding for the program
  • Create and maintain program reporting artifacts
  • Provide project management support



Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a business related field with experience in financial analytics
  • Three to 6 years’ experience in  process analysis, business analysis, or program management in a financial services organization; some consulting experience a plus
  • Experience in activity and data modeling
  • Expertise in Visio and MS Office products; MS Project a plus
  • Experience with one or more process design tools such as Casewise or Aris preferred; experience with BPM tools such as PMNsoft, Appian, or Pega a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to function in a complex business environment
  • Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships
