The Manager-Case Management is responsible for the daily operations of Case Management activities that support the delivery of safe, high quality and cost-effective healthcare. This individual has the responsibility to ensure that departmental processes drive optimal efficiencies and outcomes. The manager has direct supervision responsibilities for clinical staff in multiple departments and works under the direction of the department Director. The incumbent in this position shall carry out his/her assigned responsibilities and integrate into his/her style of management that is consistent with the Mercy Values of Dignity, Justice, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, minimum requirement.
- Licensure: Current unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment, minimum requirement.
- Experience: 3-5 years of diverse health care experience.
- Certification/Registration: CCM or ANCC Case Management certification attained within 24 months of hire.
