Description The Portfolio Manager position underwrites and reviews existing accounts within the bank’s Business Banking portfolio up to $1MM. This position will support the Commercial Credit Loan Administration line of business.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Financial information review
• Credit analysis based on 2-3 year trends
• Credit risk identification
• Commercial and consumer credit report review
• Collateral evaluation
• Credit risk rating
• Credit memo preparation
• Annual grade reviews
• Pipeline/Queue management within a centralized environment

Note: This position can be located in Memphis, TN or Nashville, TN area. Requirements Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required for consideration or equivalent in education and experience
• Three (3) to five (5) years of underwriting experience in C&I and CRE
• One (1) to two (2) years of portfolio management experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Moody’s Financial Analyst, ALS, Appro, iCL, and FDR
• Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey data, context and implications
• Relationship building skills and the ability to work within a cross functional group
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in an organized fashion
• Ability to handle high pressure situations that involve negotiating
