Inside Sales Representative | Buechel Stone Corp | Fond du Lac, WI

Responsible for creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process throughout with customers’ needs in mind while connecting with potential sales leads within our Retaillocation.

Role and Responsibilities

·        Manager customer visits; handle all inquiries, quote requests, delivery information and terms

·        Handle phone inquiries, both received inquiries and those initiated through active prospecting. Discuss customers’ needs, and recommend products that will best meet their expectations, following up as necessary to point of closure

·        Prepare work orders and review orders upon submission into the CRM system

·        Respond to and resolve complaints authorizing returns or refunds where appropriate. Partner with VP of Sales as needed to establish resolution in a timely manner

·        Advise customers of order updates including to, but not limited to: order delays, back orders, or necessity of substitutions

·        Participate in area Home Builders meetings

·        Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of sample boards and literature

·        Communicate with inventory control, production, purchasing, and shipping departments to determine product availability and order status

·        Travel as needed to jobsite/customer visits to understand full details of job

·        Provide assistance to the Sales Group as necessary

·        Provide assistance with showroom updates

·        Organize and dispatch local deliveries

·        Learn and utilize CRM program

·        Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        3 years of salesexperience

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Experience using a CRM program preferred

·        Professional presentation

·        Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

·        Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

·        Excellent customer service skills

·        Past experience with or knowledge of stone preferred

Work Conditions

·        Hours will be Full-time - Approximately 45 hours/week; Some Saturdays required
