Job description

• Provides guidance for all departments as needed on all quality system processes. Provides direction to direct reports, organization, and customers in order to promote the Quality Department vision and standardization in processes and training across the organization.
• Develops and executes organizational training programs in collaboration with department leaders and consistent with organizational development needs.
• Develops and manages ISO procedures and other defined business required documentation and standards requirements.
• Ensures organizational compliance to all regulatory and quality training requirements.
• Develops quality dashboards and metrics required to ensure processes are followed at all levels of the organization.
• Monitors quality compliance to business processes to ensure all quality targets and business objectives are met
• Identifies systematic quality issues and drives corrective and preventative actions via two methods: data and information collection regarding performance trends and issues from customer perspective and/or root cause analysis
• Supports the CAR process when required with specific audit, training or investigation.
• Directs or leads quality and process improvement projects within facilities utilizing Lean Six Sigma process and tools.
•Other projects asrequired.

Requirements

• 5+ years minimum experience in a Quality position
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Instructional Design and/or training development experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green belt level) preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels within the organization, customers, and suppliers.
• Principles in supply chain concepts a plus.
• Familiar with project management techniques and methodologies. Superior customer relationship skills and team building skills are required.
• Ability to work efficiently under stress in a fast paced environment
• Advanced to expert on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web-based training
