Job Overview

This position reports into the Director, Business Process Systems and Compliance within the Supply Chain organization. The selected candidate will provide support in the review and selection of the future third party provider, and then support the training and deployment of the 2 applications across the Supply Chain organization. The candidate will provide direction and leadership for the implementation of the Contract Management and eSourcing applications from the new provider during 2018, for a successful launch during 2019. This will require support to the Global Procurement organization, the Global Logistics organization and the Global Legal teams within the BU’s and Segments.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities & Qualifications: 

  • Is responsible for successful implementation of standardized Global business processes
  • Lead agreement with business unit Local Implementation Teams (LIT’s ) representatives on scope, process, tools
  • Follow-up with business unit contacts to review supplier information
  • Review, address concerns from business units / commodity teams
  • Speak on behalf of BU’s in project management meetings
  • Help coordinate business process mapping with all TE business units
  • Ensures that adequate testing is done by LIT members during implementation
  • Ensures that adequate training is provided to end users during implementation
  • Confirm adequate documentation is available post deployment
  • Achieve implementation per budget guidelines and within timelines

Education/Work Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree, Procurement/Supply Chain Management discipline strongly favored.  Advanced Degree a plus.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in procurement / supply chain / operations management or related field. 
  • Proven Project Management Skills
  • Familiarity with eSourcing and Contract Management Tools and Solutions is a plus


Computer Knowledge/Proficiency: 

  • MS Excel - Advanced analysis tools
