Primary responsibilities include: This position provides individual, group and family counseling services. Provides solution-focused therapy that is consistent with evidence based practiced. Uses respectful and strength-based words and actions with individuals and families. Discusses individuals and families with supervisors and peers in an appropriate manner. Assists individuals and families in developing specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound goal planning. Be able to recognize and apply interventions or appropriate referrals to address a Co-Occurring diagnosis. Work is performed in office. Schedule includes evenings. Must be able to complete a level II background screening and pre-employment drug test in compliance with Florida Law.
Education: Master’s degreerequired in social work, counseling, family therapy, or closely related field.
Licensure: Valid Florida licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred.
Experience:Experiencing working with adults, children and families in need of mental health service.
