Managesthe delivery of Customer First Service Excellence. Responsible for theadministration of sales, service, operational efficiency, risk applications,internal control and HR management activities to meet bank objectives for thebranch. Develops a culture within the branch in which quality and continuousimprovement on all performance accountabilities are understood and utilized byall employees. Ensures the team is focused on the acquisition of new businessand personal relationships and the retention and expansion of existingrelationships. Reports to the Retail District Executive.


  • Analyzesbranch expenses and implements strategies to reduce overhead
  • Directsthe development, implementation and use of productive sales strategies andtechniques, generating additional bank business through any mean or channelprovided by the Bank
  • Focuseson increasing Bank products and services, sales, number of clients, itsbusiness relation with the bank and always following the established policy andprocedures
  • Formulatesand executes a customized team plan to acquire new, retain and grow existingSME and personal relationships, managing the Business and Team Members meet orexceed their goals
  • Manages,coaches, directs and motivates every branch team member to promote and maximizesales opportunities
  • OverseesCCG/BCG tool and manages employees sales initiative
  • Onthe SME side and along with the BBR, focuses on companies with revenues lessthan $3.0 Million, performing significant calling activity on existing SMEcustomers, prospects and Centers of Influence, to develop new business and toretain
  • Participatesin branch functions and community activities to promote bank's image and growthensuring that the Bank maintains a strong local presence
  • Takesresponsibility for delivering Customer First Service Excellence which meets andexceeds the customer’s expectations
  • Isresponsible for managing branches Tier 1, ensuring that branch and Team Membersmeet or exceed their goals


  • Proventrack record of excellent sales management in a financial service
  • Between4 - 7 years experience
  • Abilityto manage, supervise, instruct and coach
  • Advancedknowledge of all Retail and Small business products and services and fluency inbusiness acumen and in SME credit
  • Highlymotivated and competitive with proven leadership quality and very goal driven
  • Understandsall appropriate policies and procedures and process that impact work activities
