LabCorp's Occupational Testing Services Division is seeking an experienced business to business Sales Executive to join their Forensic Workplace team.  LabCorp is one of the single largest Occupational Substance Abuse Testing providers in the world.  In addition to substance abuse testing, LabCorp offers on-site screening for drugs of abuse, corporate wellness testing programs, and biological monitoring.  With our high volume of patient service centers and contracted collection facilities, LabCorp is able to satisfy a company's forensic drug and wellness testing needs.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales of Employer Drug Testing, Wellness/Clinical, Biological Monitoring, and lab based Probation/Parole/Corrections Services.  

The position will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and product line growth within the Mid-Atlantic geographic territory; Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, District of Columbia, West Virginia, and Kentucky (geographic area is subject to change). As an outside field representative, will educate, instruct, and up sell all assigned and newly generated accounts and enable the company to maximize and maintain the volume of business these accounts may produce.  In addition, this position will provide ongoing service and problem solving to customer base within the geographic territory.  The Sales Executive must speak fluently, eloquently, and have the ability to hold an intellectual debate. The individual will have an assigned monthly quota which is based on actual new OTS business. The position requires approximately 60% travel.A strong emphasis will be put on prospecting and cold calling by phone and in person. 

The location for this position is negotiable, however it is preferred the individual be within the indicated territory as this position will require face to face presentations to prospective and/or current clients.

Requirements

 

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience required.
  • Successful track record of selling to C-level executives required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Requires a valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
