Attic Breeze, LLC, a manufacturer of industry leading solar powered ventilation products sold into roofing, HVAC markets, and architects through distributors and contractors, is seeking an exceptional and driven Territory Sales Manager for the state of Texas.  This strategic position is accountable to ensure profitable growth for our customer base and Attic Breeze.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position will be a home-based sales opportunity with a first year earnings (base + bonus) expectation in the $70K range. This un-cappedsales opportunity comes with a generous car allowance and a full expense account.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degreepreferred in business or related field

Experience in effectively selling, marketing and educating solutions - preferable in the building materials industry

Problem resolution experience

Competitive, self-confident and growth oriented

Self-starter, motivated with strong time management skills

Willingness to travel 75-95% of time on the road to customers

Functions:

Reports to the Sales Manager

Submit accurate territory forecasts within defined timeline

Build an organized and disciplined territory coverage plan

Establish strong relationships with customers across multiple tradechannels

Prepare salesreports, customer reports, and expense reports as directed

Attend sales meetings, training programs and trade shows as requested

Support National Accounts within defined territory

Provide product training

Provide timely communication and preeminent customer service

Work effectively with customer service, marketing and operations departments

Compensation:

Base + Commissions (expected $70K range)
