Netelligent verifies employment via the E-Verify process.  This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.   RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent drives the company’s success; this function is an integral part of the Netelligent team and client organizations.  It is an ongoing technical recruiting process in building relationships and finding new places to look to find talent in the area.  This role understands the business and the critical success factors around solutions selling – on premise, managed services, and hosted cloud solutions.  
  • Identify and source qualified talent for current open roles, cold call, build relationships and network to fulfill engineering, data, and product requirements
  • Provide timely & on-going communication throughout the recruiting process
  • Use applicant tracking system and otherrecruiting software to track applicants and guide them through the candidateonboarding process
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work with hiring managers to prioritize candidates and roles to meet hiring needs
  • Experienced in finding the best talent for all areas at all levels of the organization. 
  • Complete salary market studies and comparisons to support newly created job opportunities
  • Partner with professors and administrators to foster building talent pools in areas that meet the long-term company vision.
  • Participate in industry associations and symposiums to build relationships with potential talent.  Provide seminars and develop projects with the schools to build relationships with students throughout the education process. 
  • Discuss opportunities with potential candidates focusing more on the type of contribution the candidates can make and the type of work that the candidates will be doing. 
  • Focus on the motivations and needs of the candidate to find a long-term match with company.
  • Review opportunities to include new talent in the organization. Do not let the talent slip away to the competition.
  • Full cycle recruiting to include constructing and placing advertisements, screening of resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, developing interview questionnaires, completing interview evaluations and reference checks, and preparation of offer and rejection letters. 
  • Build applicant sources by researching and utilizing colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and Internet sites; provide organization information, opportunities and benefits; attend career/job fairs and make presentations; develop a candidate pipeline/talent pool for growing talent demands; proactively source passive candidates.
  • Maintain correspondence, interview notes, applicant forms and candidate status in recruiting files/records
  • Act as liaison between hiring manager and candidates, assisting with scheduling and coordination of interviews and pre-employment assessments.
  • Generate reports, records and documents relating to the recruitment process to ensure compliance with Company and government policies.
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Meet aggressive hiring goals in a metrics driven organization.
  • Network and participate in external industry events to enhance marketplace visibility.
  • Updatejob postings & produces detailed recruitment reporting.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define/refine staffing needs.  Partner with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions by understanding the skills and background required, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company for maximum exposure 
  • Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, requiring regular touch points and diligent follow through 
  • Utilize creative, passive sourcing techniques (cold calling, networking) to recruit high-demand candidates with specialized technology skills.  Expertise in Boolean searches, innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, Dice, LinkedInRecruiter)
  • Ability to provide strong consultative skills to client (hiring managers) and work in a team based environment

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or related area or equivalent work experience
  • 5 + years of talent acquisition experience in technical engineering environment 
  • In-house technical recruiting experience strongly preferred 
  • Detailed knowledge of recruitment legal requirements
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical professionals
  • Experience working with various applicant tracking systems
  • 5+ Years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced, preferably high-tech, in both Agency and Corporate environments

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work independently
  • Must have a sense of urgency and be self-motivated

QUALIFICATIONS
