Cloud Enablement is a vital function within Spectrum Enterprise with the key measurements of increasing sales pipeline through improved overall sales motions between Spectrum Enterprise network sales representatives and the Navisite acquisition teams. This is a high-visibility position that will focus on delivering enablement programs and sales team engagement that will drive expansion of the Navisite cloud portfolio across the Spectrum Enterprise network footprint. The role will also focus on driving adoption of Navisite cloud solutions portfolio across the Spectrum Enterprise partner community. This role be responsible for creating sales playbooks, cloud sales training and working with product/marketing to develop integrated offers and content. This is accomplished by engaging with the Spectrum Enterprise Field Sales Teams and Partners. This role reports to the Director, Cloud Enablement.

Responsible for delivering enablement programs that drive attainment of cloud sales targets across the Navisite Acquisition markets and the Partner and System Integrator communities
Delivers cloud training and enablement programs to direct and channel sales teams
Provides quarterly reporting of key cloud enablement performance indicators for the teams/territories for which they are responsible
Collaborates within the Cloud Enablement team and across the Mid-Market and Enterprise sales and marketing teams to drive team selling initiatives
Act as a recognized subject matter expert, influencer and resource across the Spectrum Enterprise markets
Conducts customer cloud seminars in our markets to increase visibility to our expanded Cloud and Network solutions portfolio
Develop strategies to enable partners to execute across the entire sales process and to become more proficient positioning and selling Navisite Cloud solutions

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Experience in developing and executing GTM strategies, marketing programs
Experience delivering sales on-boarding and sales training programs
Deep experience in the Cloud, Data Center and Managed Services
Able to demonstrate repeated experience of creating business plans which have resulted in growth and achievement of revenue and sales goals
Ability to interact and communicate with various levels in the organization from individual contributor to sales leadership
Proven cloud expertise that will effectively translate to being our cloud evangelist with internal teams and clients in our markets
Deep understanding of channel sales and different partner types

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
