Responsible for strategic planning at the captive auto financing company, including intra/intercompany re-engineering, managing development of objectives/strategies for customer service excellence, and implementation of special projects. Manages and organizes NCF’s business systems development projects; including project documentation, presentations, information tracking and reporting. Analyzes business processes and identifies opportunities and ideas for process improvements. Manages projects through development, scope definition and implementation. Researches strategic planning matters from a business standpoint. Supports day to day questions from various departments within operations.
1. Leads projects through all phases of structured project development methodology.2. Directs complex projects and is responsible for the overall implementation and execution of project and performance criteria. Maintains full knowledge of business-specific technology implementations.3. Reviews and guides work of project specialist team.4. Conducts user interviews in order to develop creative and effective solutions to business needs.5. Acts as primary window to Nissan affiliates for cross-company joint initiatives.6. Works with Senior Management to remove barriers to progress and propel projects to completion.7. Collaborates with internal customers, vendors, industry consultants, and MIS management to define service levels.8. Generates thorough documentation of business requirements, including identification of alternatives and impact analysis.9. Anticipates monitors and identifies issues inhibiting the attainment of project goals.10. Identifies and obtains resources necessary to successfully complete projects.11. Develops and obtains consensus on project plans, and implementation strategy from business units.12. Effectively communicates project status to senior management executive committee.13. Partners with IT management and technical staff to remain apprised of project status and inform management and executive committee of progress.14. Develops business relationships and integrates activities with business units and other IT departments to ensure the successful implementation and support of project efforts.15. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS•Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required •Minimum 7 years in-depth understanding of automotive captive finance company products, services & operations. This includes information systems, marketing, human resources, finance and operations support for retail, lease and commercial credit products.
