On a regional basis within the Fulton Financial Corporation footprint, an individual producer will promote Commercial Community Development Lending activities and initiatives to strengthen Community Development in the communities we serve. Lending opportunities will include, affordable housing for lower moderate income individuals including multifamily rental housing, community services for low to moderate individuals, revitalization or stabilization of low to moderate geographies distressed or underserved in nonmetropolitan middle income geographies, or designated disaster areas, and activities that support, enable or facilitate projects or activities that meet criteria under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The individual will manage a portfolio of customer relationships. Partners with in-market organizations, Fulton Financial Corporation Relationship Managers, and select developers who support, provide, and facilitate community development. Community investment opportunities should be actively pursued.
Responsible for achieving personal annual loan production goal for Community Development Lending as well as expanding the Commercial Community Development loanportfolio within a specified geographical region.
Responsible for managing and maintaining the current portfolio within the specific region of assignment.
Responsible for promotion, administration and effectiveness of the Bank's Commercial Community Development Lending in concert with the Bank's Fair and ResponsibleBanking Plan.
Responsible for maintaining lending and other activities in concert within the Bank's Risk Management guidelines as well as regulatory agencies Responsible for reporting Community Development Lending activities as required.
BachelorDegree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or equivalent. (Required)
7 or more years Community Commercial bankingexperience including low income housing tax credit and new market credit financing. (Required)
4 or more years Commercial Real Estate. (Preferred)
