Dynetics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Aerospace Project Lead to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Position requires "leadership by influence" of aerospace projects involving manned and unmanned aerospace systems. The role includes acting as an advisor for operational aspects of highly technical projects; coordinating test and evaluation activities; authoring and/or editing test plans; executing the logistics associated with test operations; providing on-site test leadership; identifying priorities for data reduction and analysis; leading small groups in the execution of technical objectives; serving as a liaison with operationally-oriented customers; and providing consulting services both for internal programs and for external customers.
Candidate must have a BS degree and at least 10 years of industrialexperience with aerospace system development and testing. Demonstrated small group leadership skills are necessary, in the context of meeting aerospace system requirements. Strong interpersonal communication skills are required.

- Prior experience with DoD aerospace programs is a plus.
- Military experience is a plus.
- Understanding of DoD organizations, DoD contractor roles, and contractor responsibilities is a plus.
- Experience with engineering teams, technical trade studies, and cost/benefit analysis is a plus.
- Experience with contract / task order management is a plus.
- Experience with govt acquisition programs is a plus.
U.S. Citizenship and a current Final Secret Clearance is required with the ability to meet applicable program security eligibility requirements for the position. Must be able to maintain a Final Secret Clearance along with meeting and maintaining program security eligibility.
