  • Design, install and manage CMMS across all locations
    • Identify and enter all assets
    • Implement Work Order process
    • Implement purchasing process for all Facilities functions
    • Train all locations
  • Report and track Facilities KPI’s
  • Report and track equipment repair cost
  • Manage asset database
  • Issue PO’s from CMMS for Facilities parts purchasing
  • Manage facilities purchasing
  • Manage Facilities parts receiving
  • Manage Facilities spare parts inventory
  • Conduct Train the Trainer sessions for CMMS

You have...

  • Installed CMMS systems where they were none
  • Have 5+ years of experience in Facilities Maintenance
  • Experience in multi-site management role
  • Must be an expert in work order management
  • Experience with MRO purchasing
  • Experience with spare parts inventory
  • Must be comfortable presenting new ideas and processes to large groups
  • Must be willing to travel 25% to 50%
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
