The Manager, Strategic Account Development Will Have the Following Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with National Account Group to identify and coordinate sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for each account
  • Liaison with dealers and HYG internal departments
  • Build relationships with prospects
  • Work closely with Marketing and IT groups to develop resources required for business to business solutions
  • Obtain dealer commitment to Aftermarket marketing plan (DBP)
  • Expand dealer buy-in to accessory and direct ship programs
  • Training and development of dealer CSR, parts and service personnel
  • Exploit opportunities to grow dealer business through customer events and direct sales calls
  • This is a field-based position, travel is required at 75% or more


The Successful Manager, Strategic Account Development Will Meet the Following MinimumQualifications:

  • BS Degree requiredMasters preferred
  • 5 -7 years and/or industry experience
  • Relationship/Consultative Selling skills acquired through education, seminars & 5 years salesexperience
  • Presentation/Communication skills as acquired through education, seminars & 5 years salesexperience
  • years of experience in Dealer Business/Operations
  • Marketing & Computer skills acquired through education & 7 years of experience
