The System Integrator will bring a balance of analytical rigor, pragmatic and timely delivery of business value in an agile/iterative environment.  The candidate will also have an intellectual curiosity to innovate and disrupt the status quo while working towards growing the role to support consistent quality delivery of end-user changes.

  • Deliver solutions for the Commercial Bank’s salesforce Service Cloud platform
  • Focus on achieving team efficiency via technical story grooming
  • Improve story quality to better translate business intent into technical work
  • Own technical stories from creation through release
  • Execute configuration changes along with Salesforce Administrators as capacity needs arise
  • Utilize internal tools and reporting to show efficiency gains in execution and delivery
  • Agile mindset to contribute to a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation and learning; promotes continuous improvement
  • Seek to continuously grow by proactively seeking and embracing constructive feedback while also providing the same level of feedback to colleagues in Capital One’s open and collaborative culture

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of Salesforceexperience implementing and supporting large implementations
  • At least 5 years of experience working on large programs with proven fluency in delivering new integrations
  • Salesforce Certification (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of prior regulatory project experience
  • At least 1 year of prior Agile working experience with a thorough understanding of agile and a proven ability to think Agile


  • Prior “Know Your Customer” project experience
  • 1+ years experience implementing Salesforce, Salesforce APIs and App Exchange solutions
  • 1+ years of working knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning components
  • 1+ years experienceapplying design thinking and human centered design principles to product development
  • Prior experience in the banking industry
  • Experience working in Hadoop environment with related tool
