SoulCycle is seeking a Director of Brand Partnerships, a critical role in creating and leading first-of-its kind partnerships to grow the brand and enhance the SoulCycle experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, creative and resourceful - a problem solver who thrives on digging in to a challenge, thinking strategically about the best solution, and creating a path towards the desired outcome. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about SoulCycle, but whose interests extend beyond health and fitness across all verticals. A positive, enthusiastic, upbeat attitude and the ability to work cross departmentally is essential.



  • Identify, creatively structure, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with a wide array of partners and verticals
  • Set strategy and vision for new areas of opportunity for the brand
  • Build, manage and grow relationships with our most important partners
  • Work closely with product, engineering, operations, marketing and business teams to identify impactful opportunities and drive partnerships to execution
  • Continually explore new projects and partnership opportunities that will support the overarching brand strategy and business objectives
  • Work closely with other department heads to focus on business driving initiatives, key performance metrics and cross departmental projects
  • Track and manage department P&L, budgetforecasting and overall department goals
  • Develop key partnership scorecard to measure potential partnership opportunities
  • Prioritization and opportunity sizing
  • Ability to analyze the performance of partnerships using quantitative data
  • Educate and support local field marketing teams with creation of local partnerships
  • Build SoulCycle’s external network, staying ahead of the trends to discover high growth brands that can provide value to the SoulCycle community



  • 6 + years of demonstrated success in business development or marketing that resulted in user and revenue growth via partnerships
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver and innovator
  • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under pressure, and quickly build consensus with senior level internal and external stakeholders
  • Outgoing, high energy, and persistent personality, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Relationship builder
  • Successful track record of designing high impact events, experiences and digital programs with partners
  • Substantial network of existing relationships
  • Excellent project management skills, to oversee the many moving pieces of partnership implementation
