The Group Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for strategic marketing initiatives for 6 divisions in the Northeast. Drive and implement best practices/marketing strategies. Coordinate advertising and public relations as well as working to maintain and improve public image of the company through all advertising, marketing and promotional materials. Coordinate representations to Chambers of Commerce, trade shows, marketing councils and builder associations. Develop, control and monitor advertising/marketing budgets in conjunction with regional and annual plan established with the operating areas. Analyze demographic profiles of prospective buyers. Propose advertising and promotions with appropriate budgets. Design, direct and analyze qualitative research when necessary to determine market depth and sales rates for a specific product and community. Coordinate consumer on-site interviews at all community grand openings. Direct and coordinate media efforts to generate sufficient qualified traffic to achieve sales goals. Identify, develop and implement all direct marketing opportunities and efforts.
Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related degree along with 10 years of experience in marketing management. Digital experience needed. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
