Summary of Duties:
Provide complex analysis, insights and recommendations in all aspects to promote optimal business performance.
Develop customer analytics strategies, enhance existing customer segmentation and improve customer analytics framework.
Create and design new programs and initiatives and understanding of multiple internal and external data sources.
Work to connect marketing efforts with customer results, embed data-driven marketing methodologies and reports to validate and measure results on a customer level and forecast customer value.
Number of Employees Supervised: 1 Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information System, Engineering or related field of study plus 8years of customer analytics, database marketing, management or related experience. Employer will also accept Master’s degree and 6 years of experience as an equivalent alternative.
Demonstrated knowledge or experience with:
Marketing measurement techniques such as Media Mix Modeling and Attribution;
Data architecture, CRM, data warehouse and business intelligence;
