This position is accountable for cardiovascular services departments ensuring high quality cardiovascular services of care through the cost effective and efficient management of Cardiac Services. Strongpatient careorientation, Participative and team-building, team management skills consensus building, team management, stress management and confrontation, and implementation of change are examples of necessary skills which have been developed througheducation andexperience.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Cardiovascular Services Leader. Demonstrated success in the operations management in an acute care facility with similar services. American Hospital Association BLS Certification required. Excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
