Summary of Position:

The Technical Consultant will be part of one or multiple development teams and will use problem-solving skills to design, develop and rollout complex solutions for Dynamics CRM customers. The Technical Consultant will estimate work plans and contribute or draft proposals that comply with standard Tribridge Methodologies. The Technical Consultant will leverage multiple projects, as they will be the oversight for systems design and build.  Have both billable and non-billable activities and quotas will vary depending on skill sets and focus. The Technical Consultant will be expected to be an industry reference within the Microsoft Dynamics channel. The Technical Consultant will proactively look for ways to keep all time productive and  will use non-customer time for sales support as SME, networking, personal training, internal projects and administrative tasks. The Technical Consultant will be expected to coach, train, or be a Peer Partner to newly hired team members. The Technical Consultant reports to the Practice Manager/Director.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK
  • Identify creative work-arounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
  • Design reports and other output based on functional and technical requirements analysis
  • Development of complex SSRS reports and oversight of junior technical consultant SSRS development
  • Train client personnel on basic SSRS report development techniques
  • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
  • Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
  • Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work
  • Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions

Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 7years experience developing/implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel or, in a medium to large scale (100+ users)environment ;
  • Minimum 10 years consulting experiencerequired
  • Minimum 7years technical ERP software development experience
  • Minimum7years of one of the following:
    • .Net in an SDK environment
    • Jscript experience
    • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
    • Integration tools (Scribe experiencepreferred)
  • Minimum 6years of experience providing technical QA/mentoring of otherdevelopers work
  • SME with core business processes such as sales management, marketing and or customer service required
  • Experience with the 2 most recent versions of Dynamics CRM and related technology products
  • 3 certifications spanning at least 2 of the 3 most current versions of Dynamics CRM
  • Minimum 1yearexperienceworking in a virtual environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Preferred Requirements– Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • Master’s Degree, MAcc or higher in Business, MIS
  • Minimum of 2 complete implementations of Dynamics CRM preferred 
  • Experience with other Dynamics solutions (GP, SL, NAV, AX) a plus
  • Experience with data conversion/integration tools (e.g., Scribe, SSIS/KingswaySoft)

Working Environment:

  • Travel in the US will be required; however, typically averages between 20 & 50% throughout the year
