 A minimum of 5 years of experience managing an operation with full P&L responsibility—preferably in a route-oriented, service environment

  • Strong leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, motivating and training
  • Recruiting, training and performance management experience
  • Proven ability to achieve profitable revenue growth
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate new business opportunities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor Degree a plus
