Einstein Healthcare Network has an outstanding opportunity for Master's level Behavioral Health RNs

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Director for Nursing Education and Professional Development, Clinical Directors, Nurse Managers, and Clinical Educators to plan, implement and evaluate clinical staff competency
  • Providing guidance and support to staff caring for patients and families in the behavioral health areas
  • Design, implement, and evaluate programs of care to enhance patient outcomes in a cost effective manner

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:

  • Masters degree in Nursing required
  • Current Pennsylvania RN license, active and in good standing is required
  • CPR certification through the American Heart Association required
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist certification required
  • Minimum of five years experience required with three years of behavioral health nursing practice
  • Demonstrates expert clinical and critical thinking skills
  • Possesses strong organizational and communication skills
  • Utilizes effective teaching strategies
  • Successful completion of a skills based test required
