Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who is able to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. This individual will provide leadership for our project managers and sales assistants in full support of the Phoenix sales team.



  • Recruit, develop and retain project managers and sales assistance
  • Provide best practices and processes that ensure that all sales promotions are fully executed to the standard of iHeartMedia 
  • Works in partnership with Senior Director of Marketing to develop new sales opportunities and platforms within current station promotions and/or market events (Phoenix Cooks, Concerts, etc.)
  • Manage quality control of pre-caps, mid-caps and recaps for major partnership platforms
  • Take the lead role in the execution and development of local signature events
  • Acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with sales materials, pricing, schedules, research marketing communications, sponsorship proposals, etc. 
  • All other duties as assigned by SVPS


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
  • 5+ years in marketing partnerships, preferably in the media, sports or entertainment industry
  • Experience in managing adverse situations
  • Extremely customer focused (both external and internal customers)
  • Experience with Disney Institute Training or similar preferred
  • Proven history in managing relationships with key stakeholders (internal, partners, agencies, suppliers, executives)
  • Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while being proactive and flexible in the face of change and last minute requirements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a team
  • The ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
