Works under general supervision of the Open Systems Manager, responsible for deploying, configuring and maintaining the Microsoft Windows operating systems of all enterprise servers that support the clinical and business functions of the organization. Coordinates with other technical teams regarding system and infrastructure upgrades in accordance with assigned projects and maintains each environment in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
Ensures all data is handled in accordance with established policies, procedures and specifications. Conducts routine Microsoft Windows Operating System server support and maintenance, with a focus on proactive problem resolution and growth forecasting. Maintains server environment to meet or exceed compliancy with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines. Provides support to other technical teams for problem resolution and multi-team initiatives. Participates in an on-call rotation that supports after-business-hours issues.
Minimum 5years strong demonstrated experience provisioning, patching and maintaining Microsoft Windows servers in Enterprise environments. MUST HAVE SCRIPTINGEXPERIENCE (vbs, powershell, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Excellent Customer Service is a must.
