  • Manage designated client relationships by drawing upon personal skills and experience and those of colleagues and outside advisors to provide integrated, appropriate and thoughtfully innovative wealth advice and solutions in the areas of financial, retirement, succession, trust, income tax, and estate and gift tax planning.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction through timely delivery of services and through regular and effective communication with clients and partners.
  • Participate in financial administration and provide guidance and issue resolution for complex client relationships.
  • Administer client fiduciary relationships ensuring that fiduciary standards and practices are observed.
  • Administer special assets, including real estate and life insurance.
  • Provide daily administration of trust and investment accounts in consultation with Fiduciary Counsel, Tax, Portfolio Management, outside trustees, attorneys and CPAs.
  • Prepare annual trust reviews and prepare and maintain Client Wealth Objectives.
  • Provide support for business unit and firm needs in the areas of fiduciary practice, compliance oversight and illiquid asset process.
  • Supervise administrative staff and associates and monitor and review staff performance. Provide career guidance and identify training needs.
  • Prepare and present meeting presentation materials in collaboration with team members, including the summary of Client Wealth Objectives, relationship summaries, financial plans, and trust synopses.
  • Participate in new business development and presentations to prospective clients as well as in generating referrals consistent with annual plan to support firm growth.
  • Serve on committees and contribute to the functioning of the Wealth Advisory department, the business unit and the firm overall.
  • Perform other duties as required by position.


  • Bachelor’s degreerequired. Advanced degree such as MBA or JDpreferred.
  • Professional designations such as CPA, CTFA or CFP preferred.
  • Financial Planning experiencepreferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in financial services, preferably in a fiduciary operating environment or in a wealth management, law or accounting firm.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys and other outside advisors.
  • Detail-oriented, particularly with financial calculations.
  • Command of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to investment-oriented IT applications (e.g. Salesforce, Global Plus, InvestEdge).
