We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Central Region Sales team based in Chicago. You will lead a high-performing, well-established team of 8 tenured Enterprise sales professionals who are already in seat & exceeding quota. This sales team drives new logo business within Enterprise companies. As a high-growth business, Learning Solutions has a “startup” culture within LinkedIn.Responsibilities

  • Manage, hire and coach a team of new logo sales professionals (Account Executives) - 7-8 quota-carrying sales reps based in our Chicago office
  • Develop strategies and execute to help your sales team succeed in driving new business by approaching target companies, identifying the best solution options and consultative selling our LinkedIn Learning / eLearning solution
  • Lead through LinkedIn’s culture and values - be a culture and values ambassador
  • Partner with leadership to build and scale the LinkedIn Learning Solutions business
  • Provide thought leadership in the market in the areas of corporate learning & development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, sales development, product marketing, Sales Readiness to ensure the success within your region
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and execute a robust territory plan to maximize customer value
  • Ability to travel (~30%)

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise quota-carrying sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions or software platform solutions
  • Experience with learning and development solutions (e-learning preferred) and HR software
  • Top performer: performance ratings in top bucket/category at prior employers
  • Excellent communication, social selling and persuasion skills with a strong sales process
  • Ability to drive and manage cross-functional projects to drive scale
  • High integrity, team-focused approach: collaboration skills to partner across company
  • Execution-oriented to build pipeline and achieve revenue targets in a predictable way
