The Senior IT Project/Product Development Manager has the primary responsibility for leading medium to large IT projects. In this role the Manager is responsible for assembling the project team, assigning and managing individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing the program and/or project plan and schedule(s) to ensure timely completion of the project. This role will communicate with leadership and appropriate business partners on issues that impact scope, budget, or completion targets for projects managed. The Senior IT Project/Product Development Manager will proactively identify risks and issues that could challenge project delivery and ensure those risks and issues are either mitigated or resolved.
Duties and Responsibilities• Continuously exhibit and uphold Core Values of Integrity, Accountability, Communication and Teamwork, Innovation and Customer Service• Manage medium to large scale IT projects and initiatives• Drive consistency in processes that tie into technology• Utilize organizational resources appropriately • Manage and deliver key projects to ensure successful completion• Improve processes to optimize performance and value over time• Work closely with business analysts, development manager, and business users to ensure successful product delivery• Review system architecture and design for new applications and databases• Work with SVP/CIO to review and recommend new technology that will help create value for the company/business• Manage IT professional staff as necessary

Experience and Education• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT field required• College degree in Information Technology or related field required• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing projects required• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in all aspects of the system development life cycle required• Experience in .NET, C#, XML, Oracle, and SQL preferred
